The rare stonewort Tolypella intricata, up to 1988 known from only 18 localities in the Netherlands, has since then been collected in 8 widely dispersed new localities. Descriptions of known localities are given and data on ecology and phytosociology are presented. [Article 1 in this series has been published in Gorteria 15 (1989): 108—118, article 2 in Gorteria 16 (1990): 39—47.]
